If you have children or are planning on having children in your household, knowing the proximity of schools associated to a particular neighborhood is likely an important consideration in determining the home you wish to purchase. If you are considering french immersion programs, the boundaries for a school may be even more challenging to ascertain. You should be aware that just because there is a school nearby to a home, it is not guaranteed that this is the institution that falls within the catchment boundary.
