Free Service to check for Carbon-Monoxide

In an earlier post, I outlined ways to protect against carbon monoxide poisoning.   This week, a Vancouver family narrowly averted a fatal disaster which could have been easily prevented, especially in light of the free service offered by the Vancouver Fire Department.

According to the news story, the VFD will make house calls to check for potential carbon monoxide issues.   Simply call 311 to schedule a review.
